Farmington, CT (April 15, 2021) – On Wednesday night, April 14, a serious car accident occurred on a major highway in Farmington.

According to authorities, the accident happened on CT-4 around the area of Town Farm Road and Brickyard Road. Multiple vehicles collided in the area due to unknown reasons, which led to extensive damages.

Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were dispatched to the scene. A medical helicopter was called to help injured victims. It is not known how many victims were transported to the hospital.

The roadway was blocked in the area for several hours.
