Greenwich, CT (March 4, 2021) – At 10:15 p.m. on Wednesday night, March 3, a serious multi-vehicle crash with injuries occurred in Greenwich.

According to officials, the accident happened in the southbound lanes of I-95 around the area of US-1. It is believed that two or more vehicles collided in the area, which led to extensive damages.

Paramedics and numerous other responders were dispatched to the scene of the accident to assist those in need. One or more victims were rushed to the hospital for treatment of their injuries.

The roadway was blocked in the area for a period of time.

No further details have been released but the investigation remains ongoing.
