Wolcott, CT (June 21, 2021) – On Sunday night, June 20, a three-car collision with injuries occurred on a roadway in Wolcott.

According to officials, the accident happened at 1300 Meriden Road. Three vehicles were traveling in the area when one or more lost control, slamming into the others. The forceful collision led to extensive damages.

Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other local responders were immediately dispatched to the scene. Three people were injured as a result of the crash, though they have not yet been identified. Two of these victims were taken to a local hospital for treatment of unknown injuries.

The roadway was completely blocked in the area for a period of time.

No further details have been released but the investigation remains ongoing.
